Promotion Terms and Conditions

“Purchase an Apartment from Carasso, and Your Next Vacation in Israel Is on Us”

1. General

1.1. Carasso Real Estate Ltd. (the “Company”) is conducting a marketing promotion titled “Purchase an Apartment from Carasso, and Your Next Vacation in Israel Is on Us” (the “Promotion”).

1.2. Participation in the Promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Participation constitutes full acceptance of all provisions set forth herein.

1.3. The Company reserves the right to amend, update, extend, or discontinue the Promotion at any time, subject to applicable law, provided that such action does not adversely affect the rights of purchasers who satisfied the Promotion requirements before the amendment or discontinuation took effect.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion will remain in effect from the date of its publication through September 30, 2026, inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).

3. Participating Projects

The Promotion applies to the purchase of an apartment in any of the following Company projects:

NETZER

JOMO

The Company may update the list of participating projects at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

4. Eligibility

4.1. The Promotion is available exclusively to foreign residents.

4.2. For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a “Foreign Resident” is any person classified as a foreign resident under Israeli law, including the Land Taxation (Appreciation and Purchase) Law, 5723–1963, and any regulations and guidelines issued pursuant thereto, as amended from time to time.

4.3. A Foreign Resident purchaser will be eligible for the benefit only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• The purchaser purchased an apartment in one of the participating projects listed in Section 3.
• The purchaser signed a binding sale agreement no later than September 30, 2026, inclusive.
• The purchaser paid the initial payment in accordance with the terms of the sale agreement.
• The purchaser is not in breach of the sale agreement at the time the benefit is provided.
• The purchaser complies with all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

5. The Benefit

5.1. Each eligible purchaser will receive a gift voucher for a two-night hotel stay for two people at a five-star hotel in Israel, with a total value of up to NIS 10,000 for both nights, including VAT, if applicable.

5.2. The voucher will be provided to the eligible purchaser after the initial payment has been made in accordance with the sale agreement.

5.3. The voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date on which it is provided.

5.4. Redemption of the voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the voucher provider and the hotel, including availability, accommodation dates, blackout periods, cancellation policies, and reservation requirements.

5.5. The voucher may not be exchanged for cash, monetary credit, or any other benefit.

5.6. The Company is not responsible for the nature or quality of any services provided by the voucher provider, the hotel, or any other third party involved in fulfilling the benefit.

5.7. If the voucher provider, the hotel, or any party acting on their behalf ceases to provide the relevant services, changes the terms of the benefit, or is unable to provide the benefit for any reason beyond the Company’s control, the Company may, at its sole discretion, provide an alternative benefit of similar monetary value. The purchaser will have no claim or demand against the Company in connection with such substitution.

6. Promotion Conditions

6.1. Each qualifying purchase transaction entitles the purchaser to one voucher only.

6.2. If the sale agreement is canceled for any reason, or if the transaction is not completed in accordance with the sale agreement, the Company may revoke the purchaser’s eligibility for the benefit. If the voucher has already been provided or redeemed, the Company may require the purchaser to return the voucher or reimburse the Company for its monetary value.

6.3. The benefit is personal to the purchaser named in the sale agreement and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, or otherwise conveyed to another person without the Company’s prior written approval.

6.4. In the event of an assignment of rights, substitution of a purchaser, addition of another purchaser, or any other change in the identity of the purchasers after the sale agreement has been signed, the Company may determine, at its sole discretion, whether eligibility for the benefit will remain in effect.

6.5. The Promotion may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, or benefit unless otherwise approved by the Company in writing.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1. The Company may require a participant to provide any documentation reasonably necessary to verify compliance with the Promotion requirements, including documentation demonstrating Foreign Resident status.

7.2. The Company may delay providing the benefit until all required documentation has been submitted and the purchaser’s eligibility has been verified.

7.3. In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility for the Promotion or the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the Company’s decision will be final, subject to applicable law.

7.4. In the event of any inconsistency between any advertisement or promotional material and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

7.5. Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions will rest with the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Tel Aviv–Jaffa District.

7.6. Any use of gendered language in these Terms and Conditions is for convenience only and applies equally to all genders.

7.7. Advertising and Intellectual Property

The Company may advertise the Promotion through any media or advertising channel, including through the use of the names, descriptions, images, and trademarks of hotels, hotel chains, or voucher providers, provided that such use is for the purpose of promoting the Promotion and complies with applicable law.

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, and related rights belonging to the hotels, hotel chains, and voucher providers remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

Nothing in the advertising of the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions, or the provision of the benefit creates a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or any other form of affiliation between the Company and the voucher provider, hotel, or hotel chain, unless expressly stated otherwise.
